Mez did an amazing job and he is a real honest down to earth guy that will give you quality work at an honest price unlike other company's that charge through the roof and upsell you on things you don't need. Excellent work. The issue (broken water heater) was quickly addressed, and the area was left much cleaner than it had been thanks to a very professional technician. Mez was responsive and provided his services at an extremely competitive price. Would recommend.

As an add-on to my aunt Karen's review from about a week ago, as the noted nephew, yeah they did fine job with the work itself. No complaints about that at all, hence the 2* instead of 1. And yeah, the company itself doesn't flip houses, sure, but when one of their employees does and the first thing he says when he calls to talk about it is "so someone died in this house, huh?" Then I can only assume their staff have a lack of tact which makes me never want to use them. An addition: I literally have you in the call log on my phone(you calling me, not me calling you), it was MY property you were working on, and the phone company keeps records. Like seriously.

Fairly quick response (same day) to email inquiry. Arrived a couple of hours late without letting me know, as I sat in the house well beyond our "appointment" time and after a few calls to the office finally heard that he would be delayed. Mez fixed known leaks and one found after water was turned back on. After the repairs, he contacted my nephew to inquire about purchasing this house (It was part of my sister's "estate") and asked extremely sensitive questions, that we don't know what even prompted them, that caused her son to become quite upset. Then Mez provided a really, really low offer that was an insulting waste of our time. It was more than half lower than the house ended up selling for. For plumbing repair and reasonable cost, Mez was acceptable. What was not acceptable was his terrible lack of social skills after the repair was completed. Will never use AIM plumbing again because of this.

Made a service call to look at my furnace, which was out of commission on one of the coldest days of the year. I was actually turned down by another furnace repair outlet because they were too busy, but Meziane made time and showed up during the window he offered and got the job done at a very fair price. As someone who does service work myself, I know that sometimes an issue can't be 100% resolved the first time, due to factors outside the control of the technician. That happened in my case, but Meziane made a quick repeat visit the same day, and followed up by phone later to make sure it was completely fixed. Definitely recommended.
